Alcohol Awareness Month

April is Alcohol Awareness Month, and in the spirit of its observance, sit down and ask yourself some tough questions about your relationship with alcohol:

1. Do you drink alone when you feel angry or sad?

2. Does your drinking worry your family?

3. Do you ever drink after telling yourself you won't?

Answering yes to any of these questions, or some of the others that can be found here, indicates that you might have a problem with alcohol.

April 6th, this coming Thursday, is National Alcohol Screening Day and if you or someone you know is struggling with an alcohol problem, then there is no better time to do something about it. Sites in communities across the country will offer educational materials and free, anonymous testing this Thursday, so there will be no excuse to not check it out.
