Sleep Shown to Effect School Performance

A new study by researchers in Springfield, MO, looked at the correlation between school performance and sleep in elementary school children.  It is little surprise that the study found that students who stayed up late had the most difficulty with learning new material and remembering older material.  There was also a noticable fall off in the quality of work being done by the students who were up the latest.
