Researchers in Sweden worked with sufferers of mild to moderatedepression, living in remote northern areas. Their conclusion:"[The] outcome with internet-based therapy resembles that in controlledstudies of clinician-delivered therapy." They noted that thistreatment is not a perfect system, but it delivers therapeutic servicesto people who have no other means of receiving them. (
