Blogs That Make Us Think

Just last week we were tagged with a "Thinking Blogger Award" by Dr. Deborah Serani, whose writing we've enjoyed for quite a while now. And though we haven't been part of any blog memes before, we thought this was a great opportunity to give some love to the bloggers that we like to spend time with. So without further ado, here are five blogs that make us think.

Mind Hacks - Writing primarily about psychology and neuroscience, The Mind Hacks make even the most complex scientific questions accessible and entertaining.

Bodyhack - As part of the Wired network, this blog presents gobs of interesting information on our bodies and all the nasty things that are involved therein.

Flea - This pediatrician tells it like it is, ensuring that his posts are always enjoyable and thought provoking.

Junkfood Science - This is probably the most recent addition to our list here, but it was an easy choice with all the high quality posting about health policy and healthy eating.

The Trouble with Spikol - There's no trouble here, just informative, compassiontate blogging about issues in mental health from the managing editor of Philadelphia Weekly.

We hope that each new thinking blogger will pass on the award, whose information can be found here. Just think about all the blogs and bloggers out there that make you think, and pass it on!
